Old cleanup talk

[edit]
  • Big Bang Comics and Shadowhawk, two pages about comic books published by Image Comics, are a chaotic mess. No framing, little description, reliance on lists to fill up space, lots of grammatical mistakes and red links. Both were created by the same user, who claims to be dyslexic, but insists on writing anyway. --Pc13 18:25, July 27, 2005 (UTC)

Cleanup

[edit]

I've begun to clean up this article as it has desperately needed for a year. Unfortunately, the official site is hard to navigate, and there are few other resources to be found, but I will do what I can to validate/update information. Sources I've come across include:

Merge

[edit]

If you want this article to be more than a list then you'll have to merge in Metafictional Big Bang Comics, there's no reason for them to be separate articles. --69.136.111.100 10:51, 18 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

only problem with merging the two articles is that there may not be enough space. - R.G. 15:24, 18 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Just compress the bibliography and remove the villains, lots of space then. These villains will never have individual pages, but most of the heroes will. And the bibliography debut descriptions will be covered in the hero articles. --161.233.28.208 16:38, 19 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have no idea how to do anything with wikipedia other than to edit articles that others have written, but would someone PLEASE start a page for the OTHER big bang comics-- namely those starring Russell the Hippy that are written by Pete Loveday. THANK YOU. I can take over from there, once the page is started. There IS ANOTHER BIG BANG COMICS that has nothing to do with super-heroes, but, rather, started in the 1980's in England and has to do with Russell, an aging hippy who still hasn't figured out life, as he and his friends visit festivals, take too many drugs, and so on. IT IS MUCH BETTER THAN (and much more realistic than) comix about superheroes. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE someone start a page and in February or so, when I have some time, I'll add to it. THANK YOU.

Will someone please add a page on the Big Bang Comics written by Peter Loveday that precede the current Big Bang Comics? They are published by AK Press. They were very big news in the London Guardian back in 1988, and are still making their way through the underground circuit today.

Please would someone who's more of a techie just start a page for Big Bang Comics written by Peter Loveday and published by AK Press? Just start a little stub and I'll contribute.

Star Studded Comics

[edit]

I question whether this title should be considered metafictional, as it was a fanzine that really exists:
