"Joseph Boden" and "R v Jobidon"

[edit]

Hello all,

A recent edit reverted the inclusion of the items Joseph Boden (Boden Professor of Sanskrit) and R v Jobidon, noting them to be "too far from Biden to belong here". I want to note that these items were added not solely because of their similarity to "Biden", but more so because of their similarity to "Joe Biden", the primary topic in this instance. The first was added per MOS:DABMISSPELL of "Joseph Biden"; the second, a sonic homophone to "Joe Biden", was added to avoid additional confusion. I would like a discussion on this topic. OK, it was my revert. I don't have a strong opinion, you can put them back if you want. Although the professorship is linked from Boden (disambiguation), which is linked to from here, so maybe that's sufficient. W. P. Uzer (talk) 21:50, 26 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I think a link to Boden (disambiguation) is most appropriate. +mt 21:59, 26 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Etymology

I was hoping to learn where the name comes from and what it means. No luck here, though. Any help? Rklawton (talk) 04:45, 15 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

This is out-of-scope for a disambiguation article. There are different articles linked here, so you'd need to navigate to the appropriate article to see/start that conversation.+mt 21:00, 16 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
