Notation/categorization

[edit]

Is this notation for $\alpha(a,x) = a\cdot x$ and $\beta(a,x) = a^x$ standard? With the symmetry of everything going on, it seems to detract from intuition. Should we be doing things element-wise in general? Perhaps the definitions would make more sense if we just write them in terms of the morphisms. --LavaCircus (talk) 22:13, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Correction

I thought the drinfeld double was just in the finite dimensional case. 2601:646:8D00:DE40:EC41:1E0E:D951:C077 (talk) 01:57, 3 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
