I work with Bibhu Mohapatra and we are trying to create his page. and will make any adjustments that are required, but we must use the same text as his web site bibhu.com in order to be consistant.

As a member of the CFDA he has permission to use the description of the two organizations CFDA & CFI in his biography information.

"We must use the same text …" Utterly ridiculous. Even if you do use the same text, it will soon be hacked about by other editors. In any case, you have a blatant {{WP:COI|]].
