The claim in the lead that Betty Morgan was "notably the youngest woman candidate in the 1929 General Election" (which I would note is outsourced) would seem to be incorrect. The articles states that she was born in July 1904.The article for Jennie Lee, who had been elected earlier in 1929 for North Lanarkshire the at a by-election and was re-elected at the general election a few months later, gives Lee's birth date as "3 November 1904", meaning she would have been younger than Morgan at the election.
