Time is now
[edit]It seems to me that it's time for a standalone season article to exist for the second season of Better Call Saul since alot of content has already been added to the draft. A move into an article is necessary, in my opinion. Feel free to discuss, Thanks. The Optimistic One (talk) 20:57, 14 March 2018 (UTC)
- Yes, it's got an expanded lead and ratings section, but the production sections needs some serious addition to it to be considered worthy of an article. If you can't find the content, let another editor - there is WP:NORUSH for any article to exist straight away. Why is it necessary? Where is there so much bloat in the currently-existing articles, that this article would lessen the load on those ones? -- AlexTW 21:00, 14 March 2018 (UTC)
- It's just that i've been working a straight month on this draft, and it's distracting to look at at times, I have searched online several times for content to add to the production section and i found nothing. The Optimistic One (talk) 21:12, 14 March 2018 (UTC)
- As I said: If you can't find the content, let another editor. Time is irrelevant; drafts can exists for months, years. You didn't answer my questions either. -- AlexTW 21:14, 14 March 2018 (UTC)

- You could always write about the tax incentives for filming in those locations. Within a minute of looking on google I found a few articles talking about that with the show. That would increase the filming section a little. Esuka323 (talk) 00:18, 15 March 2018 (UTC)
- You could actually be on to something Esuka323. The Optimistic One (talk) 18:37, 15 March 2018 (UTC)
- I'm really sorry I couldn't help more. But maybe you should look at some of the more established pages out there like Game of Thrones, Westworld or something to get some inspiration from how other editors have handled these sections? Maybe they'll make you think of something you haven't previously. Esuka323 (talk) 00:57, 16 March 2018 (UTC)
- It's fine Esuka323, you never have to apologize to me. I appreciate all your efforts to make this draft better. Game of Thrones is insanely popular, so inspiration from that show does sound faithful. The Optimistic One (talk) 23:30, 16 March 2018 (UTC)

(Rhea Seehorn), is
comma unnecessary
Jonathan Banks also reprises his role as Mike Ehrmantraut, who is engaged in a feud with the Mexican drug cartel after a staged altercation with Tuco Salamanca (Raymond Cruz), which was paid for by Nacho Varga (Michael Mando), lands Tuco in prison and draws Hector's (Mark Margolis) attention to Mike.
I'm kind of confused; could this be split into 2 sentences/less commas?
critics, and
comma unnecessary
season 1
,season 2
I think these numbers should be spelled out
- ref 1 needs archiving/fix broken link
- I guess you can keep them as is but I would personally italicize Vulture, Fansided, etc. (unless it was like amc.com or something which doesn't make sense to be)
All of the main cast returned for this season. Bob Odenkirk returns as Jimmy McGill, Jonathan Banks returns as Mike Ehrmantraut, Rhea Seehorn returns as Kim Wexler, Patrick Fabian returns as Howard Hamlin, Michael Mando as Nacho Varga, and Michael McKean returns as Chuck McGill, Jimmy's elder brother.
can some refs be here?
- Is there additional refs to ref 6 and 7 that apply to the second season?
Jimmy / Saul is hiding
I would say "Jimmy hides"
- is there a better source than newscastic for ref 7?
- ref 8 publisher link is incorrect and not necessary (variety is okay alone)
- if the cast (particularly the guest stars) had references for an episode they were in I think that would improve this article
who previously appeared in the Breaking Bad episode "Open House".
this is probably not indicated in the episode. is there a source?
- reference works should be linked to available articles
- plot summary for episodess 6, 7, 8 are over 200 max words in MOS:TVPLOT
he's
he is

not everyone knows what a DA is (link/unabbreviate)
he’s retiring
MOS:CONTRACTIONS, also watch the quote mark (MOS:CURLY)
second-season
this is an odd form
- use author-link=Mitch Metcalf in citations
SHOWBUZZDAILY’s
it's okay to de-capitalize this (MOS:CAPS; also the full title includes "Updated:"
much like the previous
is there a ref

why is there a space after Saul

rated the season an 8.7 out of 10. (I think "out of" is okay)

the sentence doesn't end with "precision"; quote inside period.
second season, Better
second season ... Better (there's a part of the sentence cut out here

be more specific
1 Live +7 ratings were not available, so Live +3 ratings have been used instead.
consider writing "Live + seven-day DVR playback viewership was unavailable, so live + three-day is listed instead" for people unfamiliar with the term "Live + 7"
Emmys.com
consider publisher=Academy of Television Arts & Sciences instead
second-season
(season two or second season or second season's is clearer)
Placing on hold for seven days pending implementation of most suggestions above. Heartfox (talk) 05:03, 11 October 2020 (UTC)
