A 1913 map (Upper Moreland Historical Association) shows that Bethayres and Huntingdon Valley were served by separate post offices: the Bethayres post office was at Fox Chase and Huntingdon Turnpike and Welsh Roads, while the Huntingdon Valley post office was further north at Red Lion Road.
