To add to this article: the fact that, in December 2022, Howell refused to hold Donald Trump in contempt for failing to turn over government records nearly two years after leaving office (even though the U.S. Justice Department had asked for such contempt charges to be imposed). 173.88.246.138 (talk) 02:10, 10 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe when there’s actual news about this. The AP has reported only that “the hearing concerned ‘an ongoing and sealed grand jury matter’ that remains under seal.”[1]Andy Anderson 02:34, 10 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
