[edit]Hi, I reworded this article to resolve a few problems with the content:
- Removed two unreliable sources: Kurt Meyer is an 'interested party' and the other source appeared to be a personal website with a dead link: [[1]].
- Aligned actions better to a timeline (i.e. he was awarded the Cross after he served in Poland).
- Added reference to the SS as the parent organization of Waffen-SS
I plan to add additional academically supported content / sources, for example: Atrocities, Massacres, and War Crimes: An Encyclopedia by Alexander Mikaberidz.
Suggestions for improvements are welcome! --K.e.coffman (talk) 20:11, 22 November 2015 (UTC)
