What do other editors think of this link? Though it does indeed explicitly refer to the Berlin Marathon, does it fit with WP:EL? It doesn't discuss the marathon, it just say they send kids there. Is it helpful? It's not the official website of the run. I'd say it's not in keeping with Wikipedia:External_links#Links_normally_to_be_avoided #4. One option is to use it as an in-line citation, saying 'Every year a UK children's charity sends runners to Berlin to run the marathon' or something similar. Madrazo information wrong

[edit]

According to the external article which is cited here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berlin_Marathon#cite_note-2007winner-0), Madrazo did not finish first: he finished in 2h41m12s, that is, first in his category (that's 55-59 years old). So he even with the shortcut he ended behind Gebrselassie. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 158.42.65.129 (talk) 16:53, 5 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

1979 women's winner

[edit]

This article specifically says that Jutta von Haase only won the 1974 and 1976, and says that's she incorrectly attributed as a 3-time winner. It also lists Ursula Blaschke as a 2-time winner (rather than 1-time, as this article says). Does anyone know of good sources we could use to check this claim?
