Who was the architect of the building pictured n the article? Whogue 13:38, 5 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Tenant history

If I recall correctly, the building set empty for several years between the time with the library moved out and the Registry of Deeds moved in. There were concerns over the maintenance and future of the building during this time. However, I don't have any references to back up this claim.
