There is info that the present 5-story 7801 Bay Parkway building was built in 1988. The old Bensonhurst Maternity Hospital was not that tall. However, there is still other info, probably incorrect, that the hospital was demolished and replaced by housing. Although, if subsequently demolished that could be the case, it would probably mean that the housing was demolished. The school doesn't seem to have been anything that would suggest housing. Without WP:RS either way, there's a Jewish expression: Shev/Shayv V'AL TaaSeh - sit it out/do nothing. (at least for the moment) Pi314m (talk) 00:03, 6 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
