Reads like an autobiography

This article needs significant clean up:

It reads like an advertisement for the subject, only stating positives.
Its written in un-encyclopaedic tone.
It lacks references to cretiable third party publications.

Hi all, I have recently assessed this article to be C-class, please try to look for more independent and reliable references! References such as Facebook are NOT adequate and frankly should not be used!
