Hi, yes- I got the 8th March 2014 date from the article itself, and don't doubt that it's correct; I'm raising the issue of how it would be possible for footage OF that fight to have been "on YouTube" the year before. That's impossible, ergo the article errs in the statement "his fight versus Julian Wallace surface(d) on YouTube in 2013".78.144.75.151 (talk) 11:41, 21 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
The date of the fight itself we can take as having been 8 March 2014, yes; since neither of the sites used as citations for the statement "his fight versus Julian Wallace surface(d) on YouTube in 2013" mention 2013, the year can be trimmed from the article. It would be perfectly correct to put "on 8 March 2014, Nguyen fought Julian Wallace; Nguyen achieved internet fame when his fight versus Julian Wallace surfaced on YouTube", since it doesn't mention the error (which, given it's currently unexplained in the article, makes the article look sloppy).
