The article states Ben was born in Council Bluffs. I searched references provided Scout at FOXSPORTS did not state place of birth. NFL.com states Vermillion, SD as birthplace. I deleted 3 listings under the heading References that are really external links - msn.foxsports had no relevant information nflplayers wants an email to join and nfl.con/draft/2002 . . . that returned a 404 message. I am changing place of birth to Vermillion, South Dakota. --RifeIdeas Talk 00:40, 9 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
with and could only find reference to South Dakoda
Ben himself stated this morning on KFan Power Trip morning show in Minneapolis that he was born in Council Bluffs (as they were going through this wiki page). You can listen to the podcast discussion "12/13 8a- Leber" if you would through kfan.com's 'fan on demand' podcast page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.168.95.190 (talk) 19:40, 13 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The personal section of the article is rife with inaccuracy. On the KFAN Power Trip Morning Show, Ben and the hosts talk about the vandalism on the page, most of it is obvious from this section. From today's morning show (2013-05-24), Ben stated that a school included the nomination for "Former Athlete Radio Personality of the Year" from BET, and implied it was false. This can be verified from the podcast area of kfan.com. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.65.218.30 (talk) 14:08, 24 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
