Takeover, people!

Since 28th February 2011 verdichten sich die Hinweise, dass die US-amerikanische Investmentgesellschaft Oaktree Capital Management die Beluga-Group übernehmen wird. Das Bundeskartellamt bestätigte eine entsprechende Anmeldung. No shit?!? But what does that mean?

It means more or less: "there are more and more signs that the US investeḿent company Oaktree Capital Management will take over the Beluga-Group. The Federal Cartel Office confirmed that they recieved a filing"(they have to agree to a merger). But I think this sentence is obsolete now, because the german wikipedia page says that Oaktree Capital Management together with 65 employee of Beluga founded a new company Hansa Heavy Lift. They have 21 ships. One taken over from Beluga and the other 20 were operated by Beluga, but belonged to Oaktree. 178.7.46.32 (talk) 15:33, 29 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
