[edit]Belsen is *not* a village near Hohne. Not near measured in german distances. Belsen belongs to (and is close to) Bergen and is about 25km northern of Celle, Hohne is 25km east of Celle. About 40km are between Belsen and Hohne, this might considered to be quite close in Montana or Nevada, but even in rural Germany there are more than 30 villages closer to Hohne than Belsen. The NATO place between Bergen, Soltau and Celle is called Bergen-Hohne anyway, don't ask me why.
