Lead
Background
  • "The nation made its debut in Olympic competition later that year at the 1968 Summer Olympics, and except for the boycotted 1980 Summer Olympics[2] have appeared in every Summer Olympiad since." - "The nation ... has" not "have"
  • "This made Sydney their eighth appearance at a Summer Olympic Games, and they have yet to appear at any Winter Olympic Games." - "although" instead of "and" sounds better
  • "Belize has yet to win its first Olympic medal." - recommend using the {{As of}} template for this type of statement
  • "The Belize delegation to Sydney consisted of two track and field competitors, Emma Wade and Jayson Jones." - colon instead of comma. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 04:04, 1 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Athletics
  • In the paragraph you talk about Emma and then Jayson, in the table it is the other way around. Recommend staying consistent by swapping Emma and Jayson in the paragraph.
  • "...and had would later go on to represent Belize at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens." - remove "had"
  • "On 23 September, she was drawn into the third heat of the women's 100 meters, and she finished the heat in 12.25 seconds, which was seventh out of eight competitors in her heat, and Wade was eliminated." = recommend splitting into two sentences.
  • You are missing a period at the end of the "Emma" paragraph. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 04:05, 1 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
