Faculties of BFA

[edit]

I recently expanded the article and was wondering if anyone could double-check the faculties section for me, i.e. the names and number of schools and departments; though I am pretty sure the names are correct. Furthermore, please expand the section with the courses they offer. I can't read the simplified chinese on their official page. -- Ladida 01:51, 29 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Extremely exhausting list of alumni?

[edit]

BFA has a lot of famous alumni, but the article looks unbalanced with such a long list of alumni and not much about the school itself.

I tried to shorten the alumni by keeping only the best of the best, and changing it from list-format to paragraphs. Also, I removed information on each alumni's productions, since most of them have their own wikipedia article where their works are listed. Lulu288 18:07, 9 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

dead links?

[edit]

hi, I'm not a registered wiki member but I use it a lot. I'm trying to find out about the BFA and was dissapointed by the dead links on the page. I thought someobody might be able to reasearch some new links? Sorry I can't help any further I just thought I'd bring it to some more experienced wikipeders' attention, in case there are people out there reading this article and wishing the links worked. ms. mary b —Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.125.48.185 (talk) 16:22, 23 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Private School?

[edit]

I'm very curious where you got the information that it's a private school. There are no prominent private colleges or universities in China, not in the near future. Even this is an art school, even its tuition may be much higher than other colleges, even its recruitment policy is quite flexible, its attribute is still public. It was founded and is controlled by the central government. As an art school, it must have a lot of connections with TV, newspapers, film industry, commercial business, etc, which are all in turn controlled by the government. This is not something a private school could have achieved in China today. Please also see the article private university, section China. Ramtears (talk) 08:38, 5 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
