Lead

  • {{Short description}} is not required, it is already automatically produced by the infobox per the template's documentation.
  • {{Start date}} is not required, see the template documentation. It says "for use inside other templates (or table rows) which emit microformats."
  • The chronology is for navigation. If neither song either side has an article the field should be left empty.
  • According to Tidal, the credits aren't correct

Infobox

  • Capital stylisation of the title should not be included per MOS:CAPS. It says "Wikipedia avoids unnecessary capitalization. In English, capitalization is primarily needed for proper names, acronyms, and for the first letter of a sentence". Capitals for stylisation or font are not appropriate.
  • You have called Era Istrefi a singer and songwriter but on what basis? Her wikipedia page calls her a singer alone, and songwriter implies she writes for other people
  • Received acclaim is original research, instead you talk about what music critics praised the song for
  • "The old school-described video was filmed in Switzerland" – Who described it as old school?

Background composition

  • "Istrefi started to pursue a professional music career in 2013 and attained international recognition in early 2016, following her breakthrough single, "BonBon".[1] The single subsequently secured her a recording contract with Ultra Music, before she left the label for internal issues in early 2022." – That's nice but not to do with this song. That should appear on the artist page.
  • "Bebe" is characterised as a song incorporating multiple" – who characterised it?
  • Urban is not a genre - the link to the page you've used is the Urban contemporary radio format. This needs taking out. Urban is lexicon for R&B
  • R&B is sourced from Illyrian Pirates. There's no information to say that the source is reliable. There's no information on who publishes it, who the authors are and what the editorial process is. All information from this website is there for deemed unreliable.
  • "flavored with Albanian pop, EDM, and electro-dance elements." – flavours and elements do not make a song of that genre. WP:EXPLICITGENRE says "explicitly attribute the genre to the work or artist as a whole"
  • " The song finds Istrefi exploring the themes of sexual desire and fantasies coupled with the physical attraction of two people in the song's Albanian-language lyrics." - see previous comments about Illyrian Pirates website
  • Also this section isn't about the composition - it should be renamed background and production.

Reception

  • "Another editor from Illyrian Pirates described Istrefi as an "epitome of an empowered and sex-positive young woman" and attended to commend Istrefi's vocal delivery as well as the song's melodies and production" – see previous comments about Illyrian Pirates website
  • Per WP:RECORDCHARTS, I'm not convinced the Albanian Singles Chart can be claimed to be "The Top List" published by Top Awards. This appears to be a vote-influenced ranking and isn't linked to IFPI which all verified charts have to be for inclusion on Wikipedia or we don't consider them reliable
  • "Upon trending on Spotify" - This is original research. Although a source says it charted on the spotify chart, you're claiming that this is the direct reason it charted on the Swiss singles chart.
  • Attributing/using spotify charts is not suitable for wikipedia see WP:SINGLEVENDOR. It says "Charts which rank material from a single vendor or network are generally unsuitable for inclusion in articles. They should never be placed in discography tables or tables of charts. They may occasionally be mentioned in article prose if special circumstances warrant it."

Music video

  • See previous comments about Illyrian Pirates website

Charts

  • Albania chart listed is not a valid chart. See previous comment in the the reception section

Reference

  • Top Chanel, Illyrian Pirates and Spotify chart not suitable for use on wikipedia

Conclusion

[edit]

On the basis that lots of information is sourced from Illyrian Pirates, there's a lack of a valid Albania chart listed and some original research I am afraid this article FAILS GA review. Once all of the information improperly sourced is removed there is a sparse article which does not meet the criteria of broad in coverage and I'm not convinced the quality is sufficient for GA status. I do commend you on your efforts to write a complete article with limited sources. ≫ Lil-Unique1 -{ Talk }- 22:46, 1 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

First of all thank you @Lil-unique1: for the review. Regarding the music chart, The Top List was inaugurated in 2015 by Top Media, the largest media group in the Albanian-speaking world. The Top List, published every Saturday since then, is based on the compilation of rankings submitted by several television channels and radio stations [1], including My Music TV, Melody TV, My Music Radio and Top Albania Radio, with the latter constituting the largest radio station in Albania. However, the ranking passes WP:SINGLENETWORK; Similarly, some charts representing the home country of the artist or composer... can be included if no other suitable charts can be located. Hello, it's important to note the next line of the guidance which says "Note, however, that while single-network charts do not satisfy the charting criterion,". Top list could be mentioned in prose and would establish notability but it is not suitable for inclusion in a charts table because it is not a recognised chart. I would also expect the chart provider/chart itself to have received coverage to establish notability. ≫ Lil-Unique1 -{ Talk }- 20:15, 5 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
