Several "Bear Lake"
[edit]There are several "Bear Lake" in Washington. The coordinates appear to be those of the one in Spokane: U.S. Geological Survey Geographic Names Information System: Bear Lake. Possibly other elements are from other lakes. -- User:Docu
- Thanks for the heads up. I noticed the one I geotagged was the wrong one. I've corrected it. This one at 47° 34′ 21.32″ N, 121° 24′ 10.66″ W is the one referred to by the original creator. Shadowjams (talk) 19:55, 4 February 2009 (UTC)
- From the GNIS page you can access USGS topo maps via the "GNIS in Google Map" link. Once there, select "Topo". I was able to confirm that this is the correct Bear Lake for the info in the article (at least the geography, not the hiking stuff). Pfly (talk) 07:33, 2 March 2009 (UTC)
