sulu ada and names
[edit]Dear @Carlossuarez46: I have doubts on the inclusion of Suluada in this group.
All started because I tried to associate the names with my paper-atlases and I run in troubles when I tried to fix using the INTERNET maps, that name only the main member.
The best INTERNET data (openstreet) show five islands south of the cape: the two main ones, an islet between them and two small still south. These last are larger than the third, at about the same latitude (one exactly south of the main member, one a little E). This suggests that bes-adalar (5-islands) are these five.
The inclusion of Suluada seems rooted in the fact that most INTERNET maps do not show the last two (while show the smaller third), while my atlases never show the third one. This may result in including Suluada to get five. Another possibility to have Suluada here is its possible inclusion in the classical Chelidonie (that therefore would not be an exact synonymous of Besadalar).
On the whole, I feel that Suluada is NOT a member of this group and indeed several touristic sites do not place Suluada in this group, e.g. https://www.goturkeytourism.com/places-to-go/3-small-islands-close-to-antalya.html
I feel that the five names listed in the article correspond to the two main ones and to the two islets south of them, miss the internal islet and incorrectly include Suluada.
To improve the article, I suggest to comment about the equivalence Besadalar/Chelidonie and to give some info (size, position inside the group) in the list. Suppongoche (talk) 08:13, 26 February 2021 (UTC)
