Additional parameters
[edit]Can some one insert the following parameters into this version of template:infobox rail line or template:infobox rail by whatever the terms are in German?
| image = Bundesarchiv Bild 102-11678, Bergbahn auf die Zugspitze.jpg|thumb
| image_width = 250px
| caption = Early photograph from May 1931
That would be nice, and consistent. Peter Horn User talk 16:13, 11 March 2011 (UTC)
- Alternative (template:infobox rail):
|image =
|image_size =
|image_caption =

- Never mind, I found the answer myself and revised tha infobox accordingly. Peter Horn User talk 16:41, 11 March 2011 (UTC)
Internal inconsistencies
[edit]The section 'Opening of the line' tells us that the upper terminus of 'Schneefernerhaus' is closed. The section 'Route description' tells us that 'Schneefernerhaus' is still the upper terminus. The infobox shows a closed route to 'Schneefernerhaus' and an open one to 'Zugspitzplatt' that isn't even mentioned in the text. The history says nothing about any diversions.
I'm tempted to blank the article as being more confusing than helpful to the reader, and on the grounds that having no article reflects better on WP than this muddle. On second thoughts I'm going to add a cleanup tag in the hope somebody who knows the correct situation can sort it. -- chris_j_wood (talk) 09:25, 13 June 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for not deleting the article. I've checked the translation - which was faithful to the original, but have clarified the status of the old terminus in the text. I've also added the section on the new terminus to make it clearer. Please let me know if it now makes sense. There is more to add e.g. on rolling stock when I have time. --Bermicourt (talk) 18:16, 13 June 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for making those changes. Everything is much clearer now. I've removed the cleanup tag. -- chris_j_wood (talk) 10:40, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
