Due to the duration and the complexity of the battle an detailed map of the city with the areas each side occupying is needed.--Dimitrish81 (talk) 06:42, 30 August 2015 (UTC)
Links to casulties/Units involved etc
[edit]If we wan't to have an accurate number of casulties and everything else, we should not use the ref.link because it only shows 1 source which indicates for example "Hezbollah has 30 casulties so far", because then we would have to add dozens of ref. for the last week, for this week, for yesterday, today etc, the most accurate number will be if we use sources which say "3 Hezb. members died today", and i will do that from this day, of course only trusted and reliable edits. The one ref. link should be added after this offensive ends. I will edit this talk page every time i change the table, so you don't have to ask for ref.link. So far we have this source, it shows 96 Hezbollah casulties. 2 more casulties for today. Recent casualty figure changes
[edit]ILKO22, I would please ask that you not remove sourced info and its sources as you did with your latest changes. Al Jazeera source has clearly cited an upper figure of 108 Hezbollah dead, while the three pro-government Masdar reports collectively reported on 479 rebel deaths. Please discuss the issue before making any new changes. Thank you in advance! P.S. I am greatfull for your correction of the Daily Star's independent report of 400 rebel dead (instead of 250 as it wrote). EkoGraf (talk) 06:47, 29 August 2018 (UTC)
Nearly all 2014-2021 battles and offensives articles regarding Syrian civil war are biased
[edit]There should be a warning or information about these articles especially if it's cited from a biased lying propaganda website backed by the Syrian government aka al-Masdar news.
Any suggestions for that? The whole war articles on Wikipedia are deceiving and full of lies that are not good for Wikipedia criteria and quality. I see Leith Fadel "pro-regime" owner of al-Masdar news, always try to put al-Nusra and Qaeda or ISIS into the rebels' side and in each and every battle or offensive happened even when lots of battles the Free Syrian Army was the dominant power or the only power, al-Nusra is put on the top of rebel side belligerents list. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Freemysyria (talk • contribs) 17:50, 27 November 2021 (UTC)
