I'll get to this shortly--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 13:30, 9 December 2020 (UTC)
- No DABs
- Images properly licensed, but it would be helpful to have a map of the battle area, even just a plain geographic one
- Done
- Capitalize admiral
- Done
- Is there some reason why the background section here is in three paras rather than the two used in Battle of Thermopylae?
- Restored to two.--Catlemur (talk) 13:29, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- Link Hellespont
- Its linked in the Background section.--Catlemur (talk) 13:29, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- hastily modernizing their navies modernizing? I don't think that's the proper term.
- Changed to "reequipping".--Catlemur (talk) 13:44, 17 December 2020 (UTC)

- In spring 190 BC, the Rhodians dispatched 36 ships under Pausistratos to reinforce the Romans. The Rhodians were blockaded by Polyxenidas at Parormos harbor, Samos. Polyxenidas destroyed the Rhodian fleet through perfidy, seizing 20 ships and sinking nine. Expand this bit. Were the Rhodian ships destroyer part of the 36 or the remainder left behind? Nature of the perfidy, etc?
- Explained the nature of the deception, the destroyed ships were part of the original 36.--Catlemur (talk) 13:29, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- The fifth bullet of MOS:NUMNOTES says: "Comparable values should be all spelled out or all in figures, even if one of the numbers would normally be written differently: patients' ages were five, seven, and thirty-two or ages were 5, 7 and 32, but not ages were five, seven and 32."
- @Sturmvogel 66: Fixed, I think. If there is anything else you need to point out what exactly should be done.--Catlemur (talk) 09:54, 20 December 2020 (UTC)

- Only use Eudamus's rank on the first mention

- firebaskets?
- That's the term the source uses. It was some sort of weapon that launched incendiary projectiles.--Catlemur (talk) 13:29, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- landward wing found itself facing no opponents, awkward
- Done
- battle cemented Roman cemented implies that they had it before and this was the final step. Is that correct?
- Changed to "solidified".--Catlemur (talk) 13:44, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- Heavily trim the aftermath. I'd say that the first 2/3s of the first para in this section is all that really relevant to the battle.

- @Sturmvogel 66: All done.--Catlemur (talk) 14:00, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- A couple of nitpicks remain.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 04:37, 20 December 2020 (UTC)
