Lightly armed
[edit]Is it just me, or does the thought of a lightly armed mercenary army travelling through enemy territory sound strange? If you are going into hostile territory, being lightly armed is the last thing you would want to do. I'm going to hit the national library and do reasearch on that one.
edit : The external links are also of questionable quality. They are highly nationalisticand not very good imo Nastykermit (talk) —Preceding comment was added at 13:18, 9 May 2008 (UTC) They were heading to Sweden to take up service, so I would guess they would receive proper armament once they did so. 37.200.2.139 (talk) 02:10, 24 December 2012 (UTC)
