Will take this one. Parsecboy (talk) 20:37, 5 September 2017 (UTC)
- Why are the army names italicized in the lead? fixed
- One duplicate link, for Freiburg im Breisgau. fixed
- The Background section isn't clear - it mentions two sides, presumably the French and Austrians referenced in the lead, but then it mentions the Coalition Army of the Lower Rhine - most readers won't know who the Coalition is - I would probably move the note further up expanded a bit for clarity
- "...army at the Amberg, Würzburg..." I think something is missing here. fixed
- "The fighting was swift and furious." - this seems out of place where it is. Fighting between what forces? I assume Saint-Cyr and Nauendorf? If so, I'd move it to after "...Austrian shooters ambushed Saint-Cyr's men." fixed, i think
- "Wartensleben's men needed all day to fight his way to Emmendingen, and during the shooting, he was fatally wounded." - "his" should be "their" - for clarity, "he" should probably be "Wartensleben". clarified
- "...the Austrians did not flank or to puncture the French line." - something is missing here. clarified, I hope
- Why the mix of long and short citations? First citation is long, subsequent cites are short.
- Images check out. Parsecboy (talk) 20:42, 5 September 2017 (UTC)
- @Parsecboy: thank you....it's always good to have a fresh pair of eyes to say something doesn't make sense. :) auntieruth (talk) 15:42, 7 September 2017 (UTC)
