Walcheren part of Flanders?

According to the text here Arnemuiden (and with it, the entire island of Walcheren) was part of the county of Flanders at the time of this battle (1338). Please check some sources, but I believe after the Treaty of Paris in 1323 the count of Flanders had relinquished al of his claims on the County of Zeeland and accepted the count of Holland as the count of Zeeland.
