Fair use rationale for Image:Bata Shoes Logo.gif

Image:Bata Shoes Logo.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

The BATA group structure

In the next few days I will publish the whole structure of the group here (owners, companies, holdings, etc), but I don't know how to do this. Advices will be wellcome. The paragraph reads like a personal essay. Phrases like 'clear his good name', ' took the brave step' are opinions and not objective statements. Place of foundation

Seems to me like some joke. It was based in Zlín, Czech republic. Or at least I didn't manage to find anything else. See the year 1894 on the timeline at http://www.bata.com/history.php. I'm not sure how it was meant though so I better didn't modify it. Does anyone have an explanation? --87.198.133.78 (talk)
