IOC member presented the medals

Fix as new

I fix the problem. I type in as champion other, second other, third other, and fourth other. This is for Women's 3x3 Basketball. I found out to solve a problem when I saw is Basketball at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics – Girls' tournament. Sorry about that. Nothing's personal.
