Fair use rationale for Image:Basket-of-light.jpg
[edit]Image:Basket-of-light.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Acoustic vs. accoustic
[edit]The album title definitely says "All the instruments played on this album are accoustic". At least, my copy does...perhaps someone can say if the spelling was corrected on later printings of the cover. Where we are quoting directly from a source and, as in this case, there is an obvious mistake in the source, it is usual to quote the source exactly as written, then add the word "[sic]", to indicate that the obvious mistake is in the source, not in our transcription. By doing this, the reader can judge whether there is any significance in the mis-spelling. In this case, they might draw some conclusion from the fact that the producer of the album thought it important to mention that the instruments were acoustic, but not to check whether "acoustic" is spelt correctly. Sadly i'm just an anon user, but my copy states "acoustic".... suppose you got an earlier pressing before someone noticed the spelling error! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.172.224.89 (talk) 17:16, 28 July 2010 (UTC)

Pentangle's album from that same year, Basket of Light, too, exhibited a certain degree of folk jazz experimentation, amidst other releases from that time, the majority of which were not as commercially successful.
