[edit]This is not the game of Baseball I have ever played. Baseball with drinking is nothing like Flip Cup or beer pong.
Setup: Need a shot glass, 4 cups of increasing size (with the smallest being just bigger than the shot glass and the largest being a beer mug or bigger. Put all of the cups in a line and have a bunch of quarters. Put a full beer in the home run, 3/4 in the triple, half a beer in the double and a quarter in the single (this game takes a lot of beers to finish)
Playing: One person (or team member of a team) starts bouncing quarters at the line of glasses in front of them. If they get it in the shotglass it is a double play (regardless of how many base runners there are) and then the next glass is a single, then a double, then a triple and finally a home run. If you miss it is an out. 3 outs equals an inning, just like baseball. If you make it in any glass besides the shot glass, the other team must drink the glass and retrieve the quarter, then refill the glass. Game goes until the end of 9 innings or until a tie is broken after that.
That's it. All this crazy base stealing with flip cup, having 14 cups needed for game play and all that...that's just ridiculous...sounds more like Beirut than anything else. You play my version of Baseball with your friends and you will never play another drinking game ever again... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.172.45.78 (talk • contribs) 16:30, 14 July 2010
Calling it ridiculous is irresponsible. This is a great game that can be a lot of fun. It's just as much deserving of the name Baseball as your quarters game. I have heard of people playing this, but until finding this Wiki article, I didn't know the rules. I'm very glad it was here.
I do NOT believe it should be added to Beer Pong, as they are very different games.
