Unusual material and newby's first article
[edit]User talk:Erhoads1 has added a lot of new material of a form that is unusual (perhaps "more ambitious than usual") in Wikipedia. I believe it comes from the Driscoll book, but is uncited. I had cleaned it up a bit, and asked Erhoads to cite more completely. (Only a small amount of Driscoll is online). Then it was partially reverted. Let's please not bite the newby, his ambition compared to the usual "wooden, Burr Arch, 70 ft. long" type of bridge article is laudable. I reverted back and added some "citation needed"s. No need to rush this, no need to expect perfection on a newby's first edit! Smallbones (talk) 02:39, 14 March 2012 (UTC)
