@Ifnord: I have looked. I am confident it doesn't meet notability. I didn't put it up for deletion only because not many editors will contribute to the discussion in articles like these because they feel they aren't qualified to talk about anything related to Nepal. This means one or two COI editors or their sock-puppets will be enough to keep it, especially if they have access to legitimate sounding web sources at their disposal.
