If this article is to survive, then it needs to be WP:NOTABLE. In order for that, it must be used by a non-negligible community, say 100-1000 persons, or be otherwise notable such as the essentially unspeakable Ithkuil and Ilaksh for having been mentioned in linguistic magazines or some such. Deleted?

Why is this article arbitrarily deleted, when the nomination for deletion ended in "no consensus"? Did user ChrisGualtieri take it upon himself to override the discussion results, or did some undocumented decision making process happen?
