[edit]In 1885, did it also switch from being a county to a borough constituency? john k 20:08, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
William Taylor
[edit]This person was MP for Barnstaple from 1806-1812 and appears as such in the table. The redlink claims that he was born in 1782, but according to Stanley Sadie (ed): The New Grove Dictionary of Opera (Oxford University Press, 1992) vol 4 pp 661-2 he was an opera manager in London from 1781 to 1815 and died in 1825; his birthdate is given in Grove as c1753. He was also MP for Leominster from 1797 to 1802, which seems unlikely if he was born in 1782! --GuillaumeTell (talk) 22:30, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
