Article seems too uncritical; also needs updating

Russia left the organisation on Sept 18, 2023, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry. Also, the article feels self-congratulatory, like a PR release, and not objective. Astrolapse (talk) 16:55, 18 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
