Lindgren & Eriksson, Max and Wild Baby
[edit]According to Swedish wikipedia sv:Max (bokserie), the Max series written by Lindgren and illustrated by sv:Eva Eriksson comprises those 11 titles in our list (identical to their sv:Barbro Lindgren#Bibliografi that include the word 'Max'. Those are the same whose redlink titles I stripped last hour; in draft I linked all eleven to the Note, but retracted that.
SV.wiki also identifies a Wild Baby series by Lindgren & Eriksson, sv:Den vilda bebin, comprising three or four books, those 4 titles in our list that include the word 'vilda'. The second and fourth match, which suggests a mistake of some kind, but who knows what mistake.
Evidently Max is Sam in English translation. See Note b.

- German wikipedia de:Barbro Lindgren#Werke (Auswahl) lists 18 picture books illustrated by Eriksson, all published in German language. Three are Wild Baby books, those three with original titles also given. Ten are those Max series books with titles that begin 'Max'. SV.wiki says the other Max book, Titta Max grav! (1991), is for adults--as I understand Google Translate Swedish-to-English "bland annat har hon skrivit en pekbok för vuxna, Titta Max grav!".
- The five others listed at DE.wiki (German eds. 1993 to 2003) include two that must be Stora syster, Lille bror; Andrejs längtan.
- Library sources for Eriksson may be useful here, alongside those External links I provided for Lindgren.
