deletions of relevant material

[edit]

I'm currently expanding the article and translating sections from the German. The unjustified deletions have already begun, with claims of POV violations. The activities of her husband are relevant. As you will read in the German article (and in the various articles published about her), she has not distanced herself from his extreme-right politics, and this is relevant, for example, in the lawsuit that she filed for defamation against Scharsach. Also, the claim that she is a free-speech activist is a bit of a stretch. Her defamation lawsuit was thrown out because it violated the free speech of the person she was suing.Markeilz (talk) 01:12, 28 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Er, you cannot add a lenghty section that reads like an opinion piece and deals mostly with the activities of a family member. This is supposed to be a neutral encyclopedia. See Wikipedia:Attack page for more information on this. It's not claimed that she's a "free-speech activist", she's primarly a politician (minister and member of parliament). She has however stressed that freedom of speech needs to be respected like other human rights[1] ("Dazu muss man sagen, und das ist ja nicht nur meine Meinung, das haben auch Beamte des Justizministeriums so gesehen, dass es keine günstige Lösung ist, Meinungen zu verbieten"). In that respect, she just advocates the position shared by most people in western society and most western countries. Moeffuo (talk) 18:10, 29 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Moeffuo, I did not "add" a lengthy section; this is simply the translation from the German article. All the information included is sourced and relevant. Rosenkranz's alleged extreme-right ties are precisely what makes her notable. This is raised in every single article which has appeared about her in the press, and is at the center of the discussion about her in Austria.

As a sidenote: I notice that your account seems only to exist to edit this article and the Horst Rosenkranz one, yet you seem to be an experienced editor (you certainly know the lingo). This makes me wonder whether you are using a sockpuppet account (maybe your other accounts got banned?)Markeilz (talk) 19:36, 29 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Mrs.Barbara Rosenkranz hope you will be fine, actually i am totally fadeup with the new generation especially the female side they are coming day by day in a less clothes. it will effect in society. you can ask how they can effect? this is a simple thing if any male person they can see the nude girl, how many days he can see in nude. after all a days come he become sexless. it means he has no power to give a baby to the nation. it means the nation is directly effected with new generation. This is my one point if you answer me then we will discuss, how we can save the entire world. shakil ahmed — Preceding unsigned comment added by 27.0.53.58 (talk) 13:30, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
