Are articles like this, clearly a self promotion, allowed on Wikipedia?
I just stumbled across this article and have zero WP:COI. Reading the history, this article was created by an account with ONE edit (WP:SPA).
The following edits are either from this users staff or good intentioned Wikipedians.
I don't know the identity of the page's original creator, but am not sure how you concluded that the page has been edited by the subject's own staff. If this is because many of the subsequent edits are by members of WP:WCCOM, then yes, many (but not all) members of this project are, naturally, academic classicists, but none of the editors who have worked on this page are employed by the subject. The project follows WP:COI guidelines when pages that are of interest involve close colleagues of members. Eritha (talk) 14:14, 8 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
