Who were the French mercenaries involved in the past attempted Barbados-coup?
[edit]Does anyone have further details on who were the persons being recruited in France that were looking to help overthrow the Barbados government in a coup??? From what I've gathered already they were supposedly working with Sydney Burnett-Alleyne. Who had been involved in the plot to overthrow the government in the Commonwealth of Dominica according to Time Magazine.

- The Garrison Decision - France attempted to capture Barbados in 1782. Only a change in winds blew them to St. Kitts instead.
