Origin of title

Somewhere it belongs in the article where the title comes from. It is a clause from "Streets of Laredo", a classic American folk song about a dying cowboy which in its last verse contains the line, "Oh play the fife lowly / Bang the drum slowly". 2600:1004:B16A:FD4A:D8DF:CEB3:78A8:7609 (talk) 03:42, 22 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
