The footnote to why authorities are investigating Meshkin does not link to an actual article mentioning this and none of the external links seem to cover it either. I think this should be improved as the situation involves some notable NASCAR personalities like Larry Mac, Skinner and Travis Kvapil. I think there may or may not have been some legal wranglings between Meshkin and Jimmy Spencer regarding a shop lease as well. The Dunnie08:55, 1 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
