This article currently tends to bring readers to the impression that this structure is a bridge. However, it does not have "the purpose of providing passage over an obstacle." So how can it be a bridge? I think that this article is giving the wrong impression. It should be re-written to say that it is a "sculpture in the form of a bridge." - ¢Spender1983 (talk) 16:07, 25 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
