11/15: I edited the lead of this story for clarity and relevancy. I removed quotes from the NYT article and rephrased it to clarify that Hannah Neeleman is the focus of the article, rather than her farm. I also removed the mention of the tradwife aesthetic, as I think this is more relevant to the "Social Media" section. Cookhailey (talk) 08:38, 15 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
11/15: I further edited the "Social media section to exclude controversies and mention of pageantry. Controversies should be its own section, and the mention of pageantry falls under the "Pageantry" section. Also, I made sure Neeleman was referred to by her last name and updated social media stats. @Cookhailey, I've restored the paragraph that discusses criticisms of Ballerina Farm. Controversies should not be their own section; the essay WP:CRITS discusses this. And no good reason was given for complete removal of that content. Schazjmd(talk)14:40, 15 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
For "Farm and business operations": Added more information, fixed tonal inconsistencies (i.e. switching between "Neeleman," "Ms. Neeleman," and "Hannah"), and rephrased to edit out instances of patch plagiarism. I want to note that I am seeing repeated instances of patch plagiarism. Let's try to avoid this. Also, It is pretty standard (and generally considered respectful) to refer to a subject by their last name after having used their full name. Cookhailey (talk) 17:54, 15 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
