Improving the Balitung page

This article needs improvement in all areas. It is particularly poorly cited, with unclear referencing even to the few scholars like Boechari and Poerbatjaraka who are mentioned in the text. The article also contains much unnecessary speculation about Balitung's family relationships, while a great deal of reliable data from inscriptions like Wanua Tengah III is not mentioned. I will go through progressively adding content and addressing these problems. Any suggestions and help in improving the article will be much appreciated!
