Year of birth - mild conflict in sources
[edit]The Bailey White article in the New Georgia Encyclopedia reports her year of birth as 1950. This New York Times article was written 15 July 1993 and states her age as "41-year-old." If the article was written between July 1 to 15, 1993 then that puts her date of birth between 2-Jul-1951 to 15-Jul-1952. --Marc Kupper|talk 23:04, 16 August 2009 (UTC)
- The Georgia Writers Hall of Fame bio[1] has her full DOB which lists the year as 1950. So far everything I've seen says 1950 leaving the NYT article as the only one that conflicts with that year. Per WP:BLP#Privacy of personal information I won't copy the full date into the article. --Marc Kupper|talk 23:44, 16 August 2009 (UTC)

- Bio for GA writers HoF induction - From the video that also did as part of the induction it appears they did direct interviews with Bailey and so this is likely accurate.
- forward to a book by another author. She's bylined as "June Bailey White" and at the bottom of the page is a mini bio that confirms this is same person as the one covered by this Wikipedia article. --Marc Kupper|talk 00:49, 17 August 2009 (UTC)
