It's been three years (actually longer if you consider it was previously under Bi cha) and this article has yet to produce more than 2 sentences. That is because this is fried rice. The same fried rice they make in Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, etc. There is nothing special about this. All it needs is it's own little section in fried rice explaining it's value in Cambodia and any differences if at all. This is a Chinese-influenced dish in Cambodia.
