[edit]Wikipedia search for "Bad call" shows articles talking about notable examples. [1] I added a few, but there are many more if anyone wants to bother. Dream Focus 17:53, 12 January 2015 (UTC)
Is there a reason we have no current examples of "bad calls" from professional sports? I know there are issues of ownership of video rights, but no sport escapes bad calls. Any official, fan, player or referee must know (or at a minimum least not contradict) that bad calls happen. Professional referees might cringe at the thought, but video replay is already here. Asking a referee to make a split second decision when the play and decision can be replayed multiple times for all the world to see is tough enough. Then asking that referee to agree to be overruled by a distant video reviewer is tougher. Asking for that referee to be forever labeled by one bad call is worse. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.90.26.187 (talk) 19:13, 5 April 2015 (UTC)
