With reference to the Notable Alumni section of the Wiki "Bacon's College" page:
Should it not be mentioned that Tommy Steele attended a previous incarnation of this educational establishment (then known as Bacon's School for Boys) up until the year 1956? See for example http://www.rockabilly.nl/artists/tommysteele.htm . This was a well-known fact among teachers and students at the school when I was teaching there between 1973 and 1976 (which then took the name of Bacon's C of E Secondary School).
